Tania is a Personal Fitness Trainer who wants to inspire her clients to be their best!
Her passion is to motivate and educate people of all fitness levels towards a healthier more active lifestyle. As a busy person she understands how difficult it is to make exercise a priority but knows everyone can find that “balance of life and fitness”.
If you are looking for help in creating that balance, Tania is the trainer for you!
Tania’s expertise in training comes from working with hundreds of clients over many years from all types of fitness and lifestyle backgrounds. She focuses on correct form and technique with an emphasis on functional training. Whether you are a beginner or more advanced Tania can develop a program just for you. Her strengths lie in understanding the client’s needs and adapting her training style to suit the individual.
Tania is a fully insured BCRPA Certified Personal Trainer who is based out of the Pitt Meadows and Coquitlam areas of British Columbia. She can train in-gym at Club 16/She's Fit Coquitlam or depending on scheduling sometimes in home or outside.
Her ongoing education has included The Older Adult Module, a Certification in Nutrition Knowledge (Douglas College),
Functional Exercise and Application, Post Rehab instruction, Bosu and Ball courses, and Resistance Band Training and many other coaching courses.
Tania also is experienced in TRX Suspension Training.
